Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their jewelry needs and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product lines and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Manage inventory levels and assist in merchandise displays to enhance customer experience in-store. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales initiatives. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or jewelry sales. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
