HDFC LIFE INSURANCE is hiring a full-time Financial Advisor in Kompalli, Telangana, India. In this on-site role, you will help clients work toward their financial goals through personalized investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning. You will contribute to client success and the growth of a collaborative financial services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial positions and identify opportunities through thorough financial analysis.
- Develop investment strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and risk tolerance.
- Build lasting client relationships through regular communication, responsive support, and clear guidance.
- Research market trends and financial products to provide informed recommendations.
- Attract new clients through active sales efforts and help expand the client base.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across investment options.
- Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies as needed to support performance and client satisfaction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial advising or a similar role.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and investment strategies.
- Strong client relationship management, market research, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- CFP or CFA certification is an advantage.
