About the role

TekPillar® is seeking a JISR Integration Specialist to support Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness (JISR&A) capability development and integration in a multinational defence environment. The role focuses on intelligence fusion, multi-domain integration, capability development, requirements management, DOTMLPFI, and programme and project support. An active Secret-level security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support JISR&A capability development and integration across the capability lifecycle.
  • Provide expertise in multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion.
  • Support requirements development, analysis, traceability, and interoperability.
  • Contribute to DOTMLPFI development and synchronization.
  • Support JISR-related programmes and projects.
  • Develop and review policies, doctrines, concepts, requirements, and courses of action.
  • Collaborate with senior military, civilian, technical, and multinational stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings.
  • Support workshops, conferences, validation activities, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautics, Operations Research, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of operational experience in intelligence fusion or integration, particularly multi-source or multi-domain intelligence.
  • Experience at Joint or Strategic Headquarters, including J2/J23, J5/J25, Command & Control, or equivalent functions.
  • 3+ years of experience briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • 2+ years of programme or project management experience, preferably in defence capability development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a multinational defence or military organization.
  • Strong knowledge of JISR/ISR, DOTMLPFI, capability development, requirements management, and interoperability.
  • Active Secret-level security clearance.
