About the role

Rmgstaffing offers hands-on training and a dedicated mentor. The role helps manage international shipments from booking to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Help manage air and ocean shipments from booking to delivery.
• Handle AWB, B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs and ISF/AES documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, trucking, and warehouses.
• Track shipments and provide customer updates.
• Use logistics systems and forwarding platforms.
• Review invoices and carrier billing.

Requirements

• A degree, internship, or experience in logistics, customer service, or documentation.
• Interest in international freight forwarding.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• CargoWise, Magaya, or SAP exposure is a plus.
