About the role
Comedy Vault is hiring a KitchenRunner to prepare simple menu items and deliver orders to tables.
Responsibilities
- Prepare simple menu items in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Safely operate fryers and other basic kitchen equipment.
- Plate food accurately and make sure orders are complete.
- Carry food on trays from the kitchen to the main showroom.
- Deliver orders to the correct tables quickly and professionally.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to keep orders moving.
- Keep the kitchen, prep areas, and work surfaces clean and organized.
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Evening and weekend availability.
- Able to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift approximately 25–40 pounds.
- Comfortable working around hot food and kitchen equipment.
- Must follow food-safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
