🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Candidates with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, or Tax domain experience are highly preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build production-ready LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
Implement prompt engineering, orchestration, grounding, and guardrails.
Develop Agentic AI workflows with multi-step reasoning and API integrations.
Establish AI evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarks.
Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
Implement AI monitoring, observability, and governance.
Ensure Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance.
🔹 Required Technical Skills:
Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs).
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Agentic AI / AI Agents.
Prompt Engineering & LLM Orchestration.
Vector Databases, Embeddings & Semantic Search.
AI Evaluation Frameworks & Hallucination Mitigation.
API Integration & Enterprise Data Platforms.
Cloud-Native Architecture & Distributed Applications.
AI Observability, Monitoring & Governance.
Responsible AI, Security & Compliance.
🔹 Preferred Skills:
1–2+ years of hands-on Agentic AI development and deployment.
Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions into production.
Finance domain experience (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax).
Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
