Job description
Tasks
- Own enterprise RSA Archer architecture, technical strategy, and platform roadmap.
- Design and configure Archer applications, workflows, access controls, dashboards, and reports.
- Architect REST API integrations and enterprise data flows.
- Integrate RSA Archer with Snowflake, NAVEX, ProcessUnity, and identity services.
- Lead platform upgrades, releases, performance improvements, and production readiness.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, documentation, and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive technical decisions and complex enterprise GRC initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on RSA Archer Architecture experience.
- Enterprise GRC solution design and implementation.
- Archer Applications, Workflows, Dashboards & Reports.
- REST APIs, Data Feeds & Enterprise Integrations.
- Platform Governance, Upgrades & Release Management.
- Python, Java, or .NET for integration and automation.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: Snowflake, NAVEX, or ProcessUnity integrations.
- Preferred: Financial Services / Banking industry experience.
- Preferred: ServiceNow IRM or MetricStream.
- Preferred: Experience modernizing enterprise GRC platforms.
