Arisevida is growing and looking for a compassionate, dependable Lead Case Manager to help guide, support, and empower individuals on their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support day-to-day case management operations.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans and recovery goals.
- Coordinate with the clinical team, community partners, and external resources.
- Monitor and support Case Management staff.
- Ensure documentation compliance and that program standards are met.
- Advocate for clients and connect them with housing, employment, education, and other essential services.
Requirements
- Prior case management experience in behavioral health or related fields.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
