RequirementsPh.D. or advanced technical experience in Civil EngineeringStrong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar languagesHands-on expertise in structural analysis or geotechnical modelingUnderstanding of engineering principles and simulation workflowsExperience reviewing complex technical work and simulationsExcellent written communication for technical feedbackExperience mentoring or leading small technical teams
