Lead system design discussions and architecture reviews, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment across all systems. Implement microservices architecture, enabling scalable and efficient application functionalities. Oversee the integration of cloud technologies to enhance infrastructure and deployment processes. Guide and mentor team members in best coding practices and architectural decisions. Coordinate Agile methodologies to streamline project timelines and enhance team productivity. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven expertise in .NET, C#, Architecture, Cloud technologies, Microservices, and SQL. Experience with Agile methodologies and software development best practices. Strong team leadership and mentoring skills. Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on systems architecture.
