Lead RPA Developer (UiPath)

Tasks

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable bot solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Create Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD), assessing business workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Lead RPA projects and manage cross-functional/onshore-offshore development teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and optimize bot performance.
• Oversee production support, debugging, and post-production issue resolution during UAT and post-go-live phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Proven expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, PDD/SDD creation, and end-to-end bot lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Healthcare Domain Experience (Preferred) – experience in Call Center Operations, Utilization Management (UM) / Pre-certification, and Data Matching/Validation workflows is a huge plus!
