About the Role:
The Legal & Compliance Department Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Company’s legal matters, with particular focus on contract review and drafting, corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance. Then provides legal advice and support to management and business units to ensure that Company transactions and operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and corporate.
