Lending Manager

Tasks

• Oversee daily lending operations, including application processing, credit review, documentation, approvals, and loan closings.
• Lead, coach, and develop lending staff while promoting productivity, accuracy, and accountability.
• Evaluate loan applications, financial information, and creditworthiness to support sound lending decisions.
• Monitor lending pipelines, turnaround times, portfolio performance, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure lending activities adhere to established policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Leverage lending technology and reporting tools to streamline workflows and support responsible loan growth.

Requirements

• Experience in lending, credit analysis, or loan operations within a bank, credit union, or financial institution.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, loan documentation, and lending compliance.
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• A commitment to responsible lending and exceptional member service.

Schedule

• Fully in-office - M-F.

Pay

• Salary 80-90k base
