About the role

CNA Insurance’s Long Term Care business unit has the resources of a large company and operates with a start-up mindset. With approximately $14b in reserves serving 300k policyholders, the business is an important strategic priority for CNA Insurance.

This role supports critical business processes and advises business partners. It works with internal leaders and stakeholders on profitability and risk mitigation strategies. The position works a flexible hybrid schedule from the CNA Chicago office at 151 N Franklin St., with a focus on professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop results analysis to support business processes and business partners.
• Deliver deeper insights into income statement results and operational metrics.
• Optimize and streamline reporting and processes, and build new analytical resources.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to financial and operational forecasts and plans.
