Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Glendale, CA. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all stages of litigation cases from inception through resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare motion papers, pleadings, and legal briefs. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations. Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide guidance throughout legal processes. Interact with opposing counsel and negotiate settlements effectively. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation. Required and preferred qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the state of California. Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on civil or commercial disputes. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Familiarity with legal databases and software tools commonly used in litigation. 4+ years of experience preferred for senior roles; however, all levels of experience will be considered. Membership in relevant professional organizations is an advantage.
