Responsibilities

• Manage incoming live chat inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate responses.
• Assist customers by answering questions, solving problems, and guiding them on our products and services.
• Use CRM software to document customer interactions, track issues, and ensure follow-up actions.
• Effectively prioritize customer requests and manage multiple chats to maintain responsiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and share best practices.
• Provide feedback to improve chat processes and overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings focused on performance metrics and operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
