What You'll Do
Handle incoming calls, messages and customer inquiries
Assist new and existing customers
Gather customer information and encode records
Endorse leads and inquiries to the Sales Team
Route calls to the right department
Follow up on pending customer concerns and referrals
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Good Tagalog and English communication skills
Comfortable communicating in Taglish
Basic computer and digital communication skills
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome!

Salary Offer: ₱22,000/month
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setup: 100% Office-Based / Onsite
Office Location: iSquare Building, Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City
