Requirements:
Manufacturing or metalworking experience preferred
Able to read blueprints & work orders
Basic knowledge of hand tools & measuring instruments
Basic machine troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail & quality
Basic math & problem-solving skills
High School Diploma preferred
Bilingual (English or Spanish) preferred
Reliable, punctual & team player
