AllRight Jobs is hiring a Mail/Package Handler in Parma, Ohio. This on-site contract role supports daily logistics by ensuring incoming and outgoing mail and packages are sorted, prepared, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort mail and packages for distribution to the correct destinations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by labeling and weighing packages and applying required postage.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Keep the work area organized and safe by following applicable safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor shipping supply inventory.
• Respond to questions about mail and package deliveries.
• Help train new team members on mail and package handling procedures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving software is an advantage.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Pay and Work Arrangement

Pay: $18.7 per hour. This is an on-site contract position in Parma, Ohio.
