Job description
Tasks

- Improving equipment reliability
- Maintaining a strong safety culture
Requirements
- 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Strong mechanical background with rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulics
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Experience with SAP PM or a comparable CMMS
- Bonus: Experience with shutdowns, turnarounds, capital projects, and maintenance budgeting.
