About the role
Greystar seeks a Make Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartment homes for re-leasing and ensure they meet the Company's standards for occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Complete repairs and improvements before resident move-in by following the community's make-ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it as needed.
- Perform touch-up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
- Support cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing.
