Mobile App Tester (Contract) – Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities

• Test mobile applications across devices and platforms to assess quality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with developers and product managers to communicate findings and resolve issues.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and provide clear feedback.
• Contribute testing timelines and strategies during project planning.
• Review requirements and design specifications for alignment with user expectations.
• Help develop testing documentation and maintain accurate testing records.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mobile application testing or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
