Webster Bank is seeking a Financial Analytics Manager to execute vendor models quarterly. The role bridges business objectives with data-driven insights and supports statistical and predictive models for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CECL loan data across relevant portfolios and coordinate with data, credit, business line, and operations teams to address issues.
• Present quarterly results to the CECL Committee and external auditors.
• Translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions using Webster’s data systems and tools.
• Design, code, and maintain data workflows, including integrating and processing structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Team, and LoB partners on data workflows, analysis, and reporting.
• Design and support statistical and predictive models.
• Develop expert knowledge of Webster’s data systems and tools and strong relationships with Webster lines of business.
