Marketing Manager – Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

AMARA VENTURES is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This on-site role is an opportunity to lead digital marketing strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver effective campaigns in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage social media channels to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Lead marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign performance, report key metrics, and measure return on investment.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events to build brand awareness.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in digital marketing and project management.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digital marketing certifications are preferred.

Team and Reporting

You will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams. AMARA VENTURES supports a collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and alignment with company objectives.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 800000 per year. Employment type: Full-time. This position is based in Bengaluru and is not remote eligible.
