Material Handler Freight Forwarding

NOW HIRING! Material Handler / Freight Forwarding PAY RATE: $20.00 – $23.00 / HR (Based on skill set) SCHEDULE • Monday – Friday • 3:30 PM (4:00 PM Start) – 12:00 AM • 40 hours per week • Occasional Saturdays • No overtime TRAINING • 2–3 weeks on 1st Shift • Training Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM JOB DUTIES • Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. • Load, unload, stage, and move freight throughout the warehouse. • Build pallets and shrink wrap loads. • Sort and organize shipments. • Read and verify shipping documents, bills of loading, manifests, and receiving paperwork. • Verify product quantities, item numbers, and destinations. • Report shortages, damages, or shipment discrepancies. • Perform manual warehouse labor throughout the day. REQUIREMENTS • Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklift experience. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly. • Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work. • Must speak, read, and write English. • Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screen. DRESS CODE • T-shirt and shorts are acceptable. • No sleeveless shirts. • Tennis shoes required.
