Role ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a pod of technical trainers for engineering tasksReview engineering tasks end to end for accuracy and qualityValidate tasks involving FEA, CFD, thermodynamics, and flight simulationEnsure tasks reflect authentic mechanical and aerospace engineering workflowsProvide technical feedback and track revisions for task approvalOnboard trainers and maintain technical documentation and best practices
RequirementsPh.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent in Mechanical or Aerospace EngineeringStrong programming skills in Python, C/C++, Fortran, or MATLAB/OctaveHands-on expertise in FEA, CFD, dynamics, or propulsion modelingStrong understanding of engineering simulation and numerical methodsExperience reviewing complex technical work and engineering simulationsExcellent written communication skills for providing precise feedbackExperience mentoring or leading small technical teams
