We are seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Coordinator (VDC) with strong mechanical trade knowledge and hands-on 3D coordination experience

🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead 3D coordination efforts for mechanical systems on complex construction projects.Develop detailed mechanical layouts using Revit, SysQue, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Produce fabrication and spool drawings for shop fabrication and field installation.Coordinate HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process systems with other building trades.Identify and resolve field conflicts through advanced BIM coordination.Interpret project specifications and develop constructible mechanical models.Work independently while meeting aggressive project deadlines.Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and fabrication shops to ensure successful project executio
n.
✅ Required Qualifications3–5+ years of Mechanical BIM/VDC coordination experience.Hands-on field experience resolving mechanical coordination issues.Expert proficiency in Revit, SysQue, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Experience coordinating projects involving:HospitalsLaboratoriesCentral Utility PlantsLarge Institutional FacilitiesStrong background in all three mechanical disciplines:Sheet MetalPipingPlumbingExperience producing:3D coordination modelsFabrication drawingsSpool drawingsStrong understanding of:HVAC SystemsMechanical EquipmentProcess SystemsAdvanced Plumbing SystemsAbility to work independently with exceptional attention to detail.Stable work history with excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screeni
