Med Tech Caregiver/Care Partner

We are seeking dedicated Med Tech Caregivers/Care Partners to join our compassionate team in Boise, Idaho. As a part-time team member in the healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in providing vital support to individuals in need of healthcare assistance. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all residents, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document residents' progress and report any changes in condition to nursing staff in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and enhance team effectiveness. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a comfortable living space for residents. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in personal care or healthcare preferred, but not mandatory. Strong skills in empathy, patience, compassion, teamwork, and time management. Willingness to undergo industry-standard training and certifications as required.
