About the role
Onesourcebilling is seeking a medical assistant to prepare patients, support providers, and help manage patient records.
Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for examinations.
- Record vital signs and medical histories.
- Assist providers during exams and procedures.
- Perform phlebotomy and EKGs, preferred.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
Requirements
- Medical assistant certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
