Tasks

• Submit and process insurance claims
• Follow up on unpaid, denied & underpaid claims
• Handle insurance & patient collections
• Resolve billing discrepancies and denials
• Post insurance & patient payments
• Manage A/R aging and patient statements
• Communicate with insurance carriers
• Verify coding accuracy and billing compliance

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Medical Billing Experience Required
• 5+ years of medical billing & collections experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 & CPT
• A/R management experience
• Insurance follow-up & denial management
• Payment posting & patient statements
• EMR/EHR & medical billing software experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
