Medical Malpractice Defense Senior Associate

An established law firm is actively seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to join its growing defense practice. Requirements include 3–5+ years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience, defense-side experience, managing cases with full file responsibility, ability to handle matters from inception through resolution, trial experience preferred, strong research, legal writing, advocacy, and client-service skills. Salary: $115,000–$125,000+ base + bonus. Schedule: In-office minimum 4 days/week initially; potential flexibility for remote work 3–4 days/week thereafter.
