Member of Technical Staff – Product Engineering/Full-Stack Product Engineer

Tasks

• Build and enhance user-facing products across the full stack.
• Design and develop scalable front-end applications and APIs.
• Own projects from initial concept to production release.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and data teams.
• Develop intuitive user experiences for AI-driven agents.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design discussions.
• Solve complex challenges involving agent workflows, state management, and evaluation.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Undergraduate degree from a top global university; a strong GPA is a plus for early-career candidates.
• Expertise in at least one full-stack programming language.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1, preferably products that have scaled significantly.
• Previous experience at a fast-paced Series A–D startup or quantitative hedge fund.
• Strong product mindset, design sense, and customer problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated project ownership and clear career progression.
• Strong professional tenures, ideally 2 or more years per role.
• Ability to adapt quickly, select the rig

Pay

• $150,000 – $250,000 per year
