Member Service Collection Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team in Montalban, Rizal, Philippines. As a Full-time position in (Batasan Branch), you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization through effective collection practices and exceptional member service. Key Responsibilities Engage with members to assist in the resolution of outstanding account balances while maintaining a professional demeanor. Perform regular follow-ups on accounts that are overdue, utilizing various communication methods such as phone calls, emails, and letters. Document all collection activities clearly and accurately to maintain comprehensive records within our systems. Analyze account data to identify trends and possible issues affecting member payments. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and providing clarification on their account status and payment options. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve collection rates and enhance member satisfaction. Meet and track performance metrics set by management to ensure departmental goals are achieved. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent. Proven experience in collection or customer service roles, with a focus on effective communication and conflict resolution. Familiarity with collection processes and practices. Proficiency in relevant software tools used for tracking collections and member accounts (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. Preferred: Related certifications in customer service or finance will be an advantage.
