About the Role
Smart Channel is hiring a Sales Finance Specialist in Mandaluyong City to bring structure, accuracy, and insight to sales finance operations. You will help ensure pricing and revenue data is reliable, maintain clean CRM and financial records, build reporting for sales leadership and HR, and identify ways to improve and automate workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate pricing, discounts, and sales quotes for accuracy before approval.
- Review sales financial data to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and consistent CRM and quoting system records; HubSpot experience is preferred.
- Own sales reporting and performance tracking, including conversion rates, sales performance, commissions, and lead engagement and activity metrics.
- Build and maintain financial and performance dashboards for sales leadership and HR.
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools for reporting and financial analysis.
- Provide timely, data-driven insights to support business and strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate sales finance processes and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and a careful, detail-oriented approach to data.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, financial information, reporting, and dashboards.
- Ability to maintain structured records and promote consistent processes.
- Experience with CRM or quoting systems is an advantage; HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Looker, or comparable analytics tools is an advantage.
