As a Sales Finance Specialist, you will transform complex data into clear insights and establish reliable processes that the sales team will consistently follow.
Key Objectives
- Ensure accurate quoting, pricing, and revenue data.
- Maintain clean, consistent CRM and financial data.
- Develop financial and performance dashboards for sales leadership and HR.
- Provide timely, data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and error reduction in sales finance workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate pricing, discounts, and quote accuracy before approval.
- Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, or risks in sales financial data.
- Analyze historical and current sales financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and consistent usage of CRM and quoting systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, or other analytics tools for reporting and modeling.
Data, Reporting & Financial Insights
- Own all sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain reports covering conversion rates, sales performance, commission calculations, lead engagement, and activity metrics.
- Work confidently in Excel and other analytics platforms to deliver actionable insights.
