Job description
Tasks
- Provide interventions and case management of allocated caseload using a recovery-based framework
- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate individual care plans with clients, carers & clinical team
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality holistic care
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years In-patient and Out-patient experience
- Acute MH assessment skills
Schedule
- Contract: 6 weeks
- AM shift
