Microschool Teacher (K–3) to join our growing microschool team.

OPEN POSITION:
- MICROSCHOOL TEACHER (K–3)

Start Date: August 2026
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and compassionate educator who loves working with kids and is ready to make a lasting impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
- Florida Educator Certification or eligibility to obtain (active or in-progress) OR demonstrates qualification under Florida homeschool statute
- Experience working with children K–3 in an educational setting
- Knowledge of Florida B.E.S.T. Standards and homeschool compliance requirements
- Familiarity with ABA principles, IEPs, and behavior support strategies
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, data tracking tools, and data management
