Mobile Deployment Technician (Endpoint MDM)

Tasks

• Configure, deploy, and manage iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads.
• Enroll and manage mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar MDM tools.
• Coordinate device deployment schedules, logistics, and end-user handoffs.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot mobile device issues.
• Handle break/fix issues and resolve end-user technical inquiries.
• Maintain accurate device inventory and deployment documentation.
• Manage old device returns, recycling, and secure disposal.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and device management procedures.
• Collaborate with the UEM team to ensure smooth device transitions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile device deployment and configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with iOS devices (iPhones and iPads).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar platforms.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with device inventory management, scheduling, and deployment coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Understanding of IT security practices and device lifecycle management.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale mobile device deployment projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of government or enterprise IT environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with device returns, recycling, and e-cycling processes.
