Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Movement Specialist || Physiotherapist at MantraCare. The role involves assessing clients’ movement patterns and functional limitations via virtual consultations, designing individualized exercise and rehabilitation plans, and monitoring progress over time. The specialist will provide evidence-based physiotherapy guidance for MSK conditions, injury prevention, and post-surgical recovery, collaborating with other care team members as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering telehealth sessions, documenting clinical notes in digital systems, educating clients on body mechanics and self-management strategies, and adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and outcomes. The Movement Specialist || Physiotherapist will also help optimize client engagement within MantraCare’s AI-supported care pathways and contribute to continuous improvement of protocols and resources.
Qualifications
Clinical physiotherapy and movement expertise, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for MSK and functional mobility conditions.Strong skills in exercise prescription, rehabilitation program design, injury prevention strategies, and patient education for diverse populations.Comfort with telehealth delivery, digital documentation, and working within AI-supported or technology-enhanced care platforms.Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for building therapeutic relationships in remote, multicultural settings.Ability to work independently, manage a part-time remote caseload, and maintain professional standards of ethics and confidentiality.Recognized degree in Physiotherapy or a related field and appropriate professional licensure/registration in relevant jurisdictions.Experience in digital health, corporate wellness, occupational health, or chronic care programs is beneficial.Comfort working across time zones and adapting to a fast-paced, innovative healthcare environment.
