Network Engineer

About the role

A Heavy Equipment Manufacturing team is looking for a Network Engineer to support network and firewall policy services every day.

Tasks

• Provide daily operational support for network and firewall policy services
• Perform network access control governance with Cisco ISE
• Work on network segmentation, application protection and hardware refresh initiatives
• Handle application protection and proxy policy duties
• Test changes and run QA before production deployment
• Partner with internal teams and Product Owners to resolve technical issues across firewall and cloud policy services

Requirements

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity network best practices
• Good knowledge of firewall management and network protocols
• Functional experience with Cisco ISE
• Background in network design, validation and control systems
• Advanced customer service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field, or 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience
