Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patients’ health, document changes, and communicate with the medical team.
- Help coordinate discharge plans and educate patients about home care and health management.
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Respond to patient questions and concerns with compassion and professionalism.
- Stay current with nursing best practices through training and professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
