Nurse or IV Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse or IV Administrator to join our team in the beautiful Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. As a full-time employee, you will play a key role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients in a vibrant and modern work environment. This position is vital in enhancing patient outcomes through the administration of intravenous therapies and overall nursing care. Key Responsibilities Administer intravenous therapies and ensure patient comfort while monitoring their progress. Conduct thorough assessments and create individual care plans based on patient needs. Provide bilingual communication to ensure clarity and understanding for all patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting care provided and patient responses. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Participate in health education initiatives, helping patients understand their treatment plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Current nursing license in Costa Rica or eligibility for licensure. Experience in IV administration and nursing practices is preferred. Knowledge of medical software tools and patient care systems.
