Occupational Therapist

Tasks

• Provide OT evaluations and treatment in clients' homes and senior living communities
• Deliver specialized lymphedema assessment and treatment
• Create individualized plans of care to improve ADLs, independence, safety, mobility, and quality of life
• Educate patients and caregivers on compression, skin care, positioning, and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, families, case managers, and facility staff
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin OT license in good standing
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently in community-based settings
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your territory
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and technology

Schedule

• Full-time with flexible scheduling. You set your own rhythm within your assigned territory.

Pay

• Starting pay $85,000+ per year
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
