Key Responsibilities Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. Maintain accurate records of inventory and office supplies using data entry software. Coordinate with team members to prioritize stock needs and assist in scheduling deliveries. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service regarding product availability and orders. Assist with organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient office environment. Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials. Utilize problem-solving skills to address any inventory discrepancies or operational challenges. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education in business administration is a plus. Proven experience in inventory management and office administration. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with scheduling tools. Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience highly preferred. This position offers a monthly salary of ₹15,000 .
