Olmstead Housing Independent Living Specialist

Assist individuals seeking eligibility for housing subsidies to transition from an institutional setting to the community. Work as part of a coordinated Independent Living service team.

What We're Looking For:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in place of education)
• Experience in housing, human services, disability services, or community programs preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Western New York
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

Position Details:
• Full-time (37.5–40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
