What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Lead onboarding of new hire(s)
• Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee database
• Address employee concerns and support engagement/retention
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Perform HR tasks and support hiring operations
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
• Proficient in HR tools, preferably in remote/online hiring
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
