Job description
Alliance Recruitment is hiring a detail-oriented Online Operations Analyst for a part-time, on-site role in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this position, you will analyze operational data, support process improvements, and help strengthen online customer engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build Excel reports and present findings to team members and management.
- Communicate analysis and recommendations clearly in meetings.
- Manage competing tasks and deliver work on schedule.
- Collaborate with analysts and operational staff to improve online processes.
- Assist with strategies to enhance online customer engagement.
- Monitor online operations metrics and provide regular performance updates.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data management tools.

Compensation and Work Schedule
Pay: 120 per hour. This is a part-time, on-site position in Toronto, Ontario; remote work is not available.
