Top Talent Recruiter is hiring a full-time Online Travel Consultant in Chicago, Illinois. This remote-eligible role offers the opportunity to help clients plan memorable trips while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to travel inquiries and recommend suitable destinations, services, and travel options.
- Process bookings and manage client itineraries using online platforms and travel systems.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate guidance.
- Communicate with clients across multiple channels and deliver attentive customer service.
- Resolve booking and itinerary issues promptly and effectively.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
