What You'll DoLead full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting)Define architecture frameworks, functional/technical specs, and design governanceConfigure modules, oversee data migration, testing, and cutoverBuild integrations via OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIsDeliver reporting and dashboards using OTBI and BI PublisherPartner with HR leadership on architecture decisions and transformation strategyWhat You'll Bring8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including experience as a solution/technical architectStrong knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting/ORC, Learning)Technical skills in OIC, HDL/HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQLBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
