Job description

Candidates MUST have hands-on experience in the Construction / EPC domain.
5+ years of Oracle Field Service (OFS) consulting experience.
Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
Strong expertise in Routing & Scheduling, Capacity Management, and Resource Management.
Experience with Mobility Configuration, Work Order Management, and Dispatch Console.
Strong understanding of Mobile Workforce Management and Field Operations.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Services.
Knowledge of Data Migration, Workflow Configuration, and Reporting & Analytics.
Experience integrating OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP / SCM / PPM / Maintenance Cloud.
Preferred domain experience: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Infrastructure Construction, Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy and Utilities, Pipeline Infrastructure, Telecommunications Network Deployment, Data Center Construction, Civil Infrastructure Projects.
7–15+ years of overall experience.
7+ years in Oracle Applications Consulting.
3+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
At least 1–2 end-to-end OFS implementations.
Strong experience in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
