Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Architect

About the role

Support a client in the Food Industry.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion US/Global Payroll solution architecture and design.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, calculation rules, and complex Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Manage Federal, State, and Local tax compliance, W-2/year-end processing, garnishments, and union payroll requirements.
• Oversee Core HR, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSUs), and Tax Reporting Units (TRUs).
• Lead payroll-to-Finance/GL integrations and third-party integrations with ADP, banks, and benefits providers.
• Manage parallel payroll runs, CRP, UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.

Requirements

• 10+ Years (Architect-Level Experience)
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• 7+ years of specialized Oracle Cloud Payroll experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
• Strong expertise in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong knowledge of US/Global Payroll legislation, FLSA, wage attachments, and tax compliance.
• Experience with General Ledger reconciliation and payroll integrations.
• Active Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
